The PositionArkatechture is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to support the ongoing development and operation of our BI and analytics platform, Arkalytics.
In this role, you will be a key contributor on the Product team, helping design and deliver scalable analytics solutions within the Arkalytics platform.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can troubleshoot independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert within the Product organization.
The position will occasionally involve direct interaction with clients and requires excellent communication and analytical skills, along with a high level of attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end accountability for assigned tickets, ensuring sprint goals and team deliverables are met on time and with high qualityDevelop, review, test, and maintain analytics and data solutions using SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI for the Arkalytics platformTroubleshoot incidents and problem tickets by quickly identifying root causes and implementing resolutions in accordance with established change management proceduresGather, analyze, and document business

, translating them into clear technical specifications and deliverablesActively participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectivesMaintain regular and effective communication with internal Arkatechture teams and occasionally with clientsCollaborate with the Product team to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and delivery qualityProactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues in a timely mannerCreate and maintain documentation for data models, workflows, processes, and technical solutionsFacilitate

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in a similar roleExpert in SQL and PythonExperience with databases such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQLServer, Oracle etcExperience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBIExperience in data warehousing and BI projectsExperience with AWSStrong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skillsEnthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitudeA strong written and verbal communicator with experience interacting with internal teams and clientsA desire to completely understand the product and become a subject matter expertExperience with Jira, Confluence, BitbucketA strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies such as Scrum/AgileProven success driving projects by asking questions, understanding business
