The Talent Acquisition (TA) team at Raytheon is seeking a TA Operations Data Analyst who will play a critical role in enabling data-driven hiring decisions by delivering high-quality analytics, automation, and technology solutions across TA.

This role partners closely with recruiters, TA leadership, and stakeholders to provide insights, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of hiring operations.

Qualifications



You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior experience in data analytics or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics. Minimum 5 years’ experience using Excel capabilities included Power Query, pivot tables and formulas to analyze, transform and report on data. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, workforce planning or HR analytics teams

salary range

for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
