Staff Data Engineer - Netwrix Data and Platform Group

We are seeking a Staff Data Engineer with a strong background in data engineering and backend architecture to help define and standardize how data is stored and modeled across our Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform.

Requirements5+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, or database architectureHands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar analytics databasesStrong proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL query optimizationSolid understanding of database administration, indexing, and performance tuningDemonstrated experience designing data models for complex or multi-system environmentsFamiliarity with data contracts, schema evolution, and versioning best practicesExperience enforcing data standards and conventions across teams or systemsUnderstanding of metadata and documentation managementExperience deploying and managing databases with Kubernetes and containersKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc. )Understanding of observability and performance monitoring for data systems
