RequirementsDefine and execute a company-wide data roadmap aligned with Nema’s business, clinical, and growth priorities. Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports that provide accurate, timely insights across the organization. Establish and monitor data quality tests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across key datasets. Collaborate with Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams to understand their goals, translate questions into data problems, and deliver clear narratives and visualizations that drive decisions and action.
