The Sr. Analyst, Data Engineering plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Specialty Networks Solutions by designing, building, and maintaining analytical data assets and dashboards that support feasibility assessments, insights generation, and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred2+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role, preferredStrong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasetsHands-on experience with Databricks or similar big data analytics platforms preferredWorking knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysisAbility to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insightsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data qualityStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience supporting Real-World Evidence (RWE), healthcare analytics, or life sciences data preferredFamiliarity with healthcare and EMR data highly preferredExperience working in a cloud-based data eco
