DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on engineering role in a fast-moving cybersecurity startup building an advanced AI SOC for cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This is not a classic backend or full-stack web position.
This role focuses on data engineering, automation, distributed systems.
What You’ll Do:Design, develop, and maintain Python services that interact with cloud provider APIs and telemetry sources Build scalable, event-driven processing pipelines Develop serverless components and cloud-native integrations Work with large volumes of cloud logs and security data Optimize performance, reliability, and cost across distributed systems Debug complex production issues in multi-cloud environments Collaborate closely with research, DevOps, and product teams

:Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Python development experienceProven experience developing production systems in a startup environmentStrong understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processingExperience building software that runs in production and handles real-world scaleHigh ownership mindset and ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skillsStrong Advantage: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience working with cloud SDKs: AWS (boto3), Azure SDK, GCP SDKFamiliarity with cloud security, telemetry, or infrastructure APIsExperience working with multi-cloud environments.
