This role will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that power our cutting-edge products.

It will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into high-impact AI solutions.

Initially, this role will focus on transitioning our entity resolution system from a rule-based approach to a robust, ML-driven pipeline. Work will include tasks such as developing pairwise matching models, feature engineering for identity signals, and setting up training and inference workflows at scale. For later phases, the role may also take ownership of building models for selecting the most accurate or canonical attributes for a given individual.

What You’ll Do:Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines. Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and updates. Collaborate cross-functionally with other software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to productionize and manage ML models. Stay current with the latest state-of-the-art research and advancements in AI and machine learning (ML). Apply innovative techniques as needed. Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of deployed machine learning systems.

Who You Are:Have at least a completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science. Those with more advanced degrees in the mentioned fields are welcome. At least 7 years of professional experience in machine learning and data science. Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms. Extensive experience with Spark, Python, and ML frameworks (e. g. , Scikit-learn, XGBoost, SparkML, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including feature engineering, training, validation, evaluation, and deployment. Familiarity with entity resolution or record linkage problems in real-world settings. Prior experience handling ETL jobs is a plus.
