We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help us propel our growth.
If you’re smart, ambitious, and passionate about working for a tech company, we want to hear from you. ResponsibilitiesLead data science projects end-to-end, from data gathering and preprocessing to modeling, evaluation, and presentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to define business problems that can be solved through data science. Design and execute experiments, establish baselines, and evaluate results with analytical rigor. Develop, train, and optimize models using modern frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Write and present research-driven findings clearly, defending methodology and results in written and verbal formats. Mentor junior data scientists and foster technical excellence within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and statistical methods.
Requirements
+6 years of experience in Data ScientistMaster’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio of applied projects/research. Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra. Proficiency in Python and the data stack (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). Comfortable with SQL, data engineering workflows, and feature engineering. Experience authoring independent manuscripts, research papers, or large-scale technical projects. Ability to explain and defend complex methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong grasp of model evaluation metrics and trade-offs.
Independent thinker with a track record of challenging assumptions and proposing better approaches. Curious and self-directed, with evidence of side projects, Kaggle competitions, GitHub repos, or personal research. Collaborative but confident in presenting perspectives and critiques. Fluent in written + verbal English. Salary
Benefits
$5,000–$6,500 USD per month, depending on your
location
