SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the Audience Data Management (ADM) team, with a strong focus on data ingestion, staging, data quality, integrations, and operational support of enterprise data platforms and vendors.
In this role, you will support data-driven initiatives across marketing, customer acquisition, and business strategy by ensuring reliable, compliant, and high-quality data pipelines.
You will work hands-on within proprietary marketing and data platforms, contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and execution of data workflows used in production campaigns and analytics.
This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, including Marketing, Analytics, IT, and external vendors.
You will act as a bridge between business strategy and technical implementation, translating complex
requirements
into scalable data solutions within a regulated environment. EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional Experience5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, or Data Platform roles. Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience supporting data ingestion, staging, and processing pipelines. Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and cross-functional internal teams. Background working in regulated data environments is highly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end data ingestion and staging processes across multiple data sources, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data. Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and availability for downstream consumption. Design, support, and maintain data integrations across internal systems, enterprise platforms, and external vendors. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot data publishing and processing workflows. Act as a hands-on technical contributor within proprietary marketing and data platforms, coding and testing data scenarios prior to production execution. Provide operational oversight for day-to-day activities of critical data processing vendors. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and external partners to support campaign execution and strategic initiatives. Participate in project meetings, technical design discussions, daily scrums, and delivery planning. Ensure compliance with data controls, regulatory
requirements
, security standards, and internal governance policies. Translate business goals and marketing strategies into technical data solutions that support acquisition, retention, and analytics use cases. Required Technical SkillsStrong SQL expertise for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting. Experience working with SAS in data processing or analytics workflows.
