As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their data and analytics capabilities and are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with experience in process mining technologies.

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Celonis and modern Microsoft data platforms to support data-driven process mining and automation initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, and data models that enable process mining insights and support automation projects.

You will collaborate with technical and business teams to transform enterprise data into meaningful insights that improve operational processes. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement data pipelines and data integration workflowsPrepare and transform event log data for process mining initiatives using CelonisIntegrate data from enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and operational platformsBuild and maintain data models and datasets for analytics and process miningWork with modern Microsoft data platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based toolsSupport process mining and automation initiatives through high-quality data engineering practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, automation engineers, and business stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar rolesHands-on experience with CelonisExperience with Microsoft FabricStrong knowledge of SQL and data modelingExperience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processesExperience working with enterprise data environmentsAdvanced English (conversational level)Nice to HaveExperience with Azure Data PlatformKnowledge of Power BIExperience supporting process mining initiativesOnly candidates residing in Colombia or Mexico will be accepted.
