At SiteMinder, we're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering deep, statistically rigorous insight into complex customer, channel, and product behaviours within SiteMinder’s Smart Distribution Program (SDP).
You will work closely with the Director, providing analytical support on product performance, distribution outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
RequirementsStrong experience in a Senior Data Analyst or equivalent roleAdvanced analytical and statistical capabilityAdvanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale, distributed data platformsAbility to explain why outcomes change, not just what happenedDemonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new analytical tools, techniques, and problem domainsExperience building clear, purposeful dashboards or visualisations using BI toolsFamiliarity with dimensional data modelling conceptsExperience collaborating cross-functionally and communicating complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
