3+ years working in BI/MI or analytics rolesExpert-level SQL and hands-on experience with Python and ideally DBTExperience building and maintaining data models and reporting infrastructureStrong understanding of data integrity, version control, and metric standardisationExcellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience mentoring or managing analysts
