Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Category Management team, who will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization to make better decisions. ResponsibilitiesGather and understand business needs and objectives. Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, and business metrics from dataCreate data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspectiveAssist in planning, forecasting, and AB testing processes. Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights. Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources. Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the company.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science, business intelligence, and e-commerce experience is a plus. University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools. Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, and AB testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent English(additional european language will be a plus)Soft skillsActs as a team mentorGood communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
