This role goes beyond dashboards.
You will be responsible for turning complex data into clear, decision-ready insights, supporting leadership with analysis that drives growth, efficiency, and strategic clarity. Responsibilities:Data Analysis Insights (Core Ownership)Analyze large and complex datasets across:Business performanceMarketing funnelsRevenue, margin, and unit economicsCustomer behavior and conversionIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunitiesTranslate data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadershipResearch Market IntelligenceConduct structured research on:Markets and competitorsIndustry benchmarksCustomer segments and behaviorSupport strategic initiatives such as:Market entryPricing and packagingM A and investment researchValidate assumptions using data and external signalsReporting Decision SupportBuild and maintain:Executive dashboardsWeekly / monthly performance reportsDeep-dive analysis for leadership and functional teamsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and relevanceHighlight risks and early warning signals, not just outcomesExperimentation Performance MeasurementSupport A/B testing and experimentation analysisDefine success metrics and evaluation frameworksMeasure impact of:UX changesMarketing campaigns
