Overview:SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst.

We need an accomplished professional who shares our culture and values. Purpose of the role:We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will help us gain full visibility and control over marketing performance across our casino brands.

The role focuses on analysing acquisition quality, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing spend, comparing performance across clients and launches, and uncovering insights, patterns, and benchmarks that drive better marketing and business decisions. Key responsibilities:Work closely with marketing, account management, and business teams to:Understand acquisition strategies, traffic sources, and campaign setupsDefine meaningful marketing, financial, and quality metrics to evaluate client performanceAnalyze marketing performance across multiple casino brands and clients:Assess acquisition quality and traffic efficiencyEvaluate new and existing launchesCompare performance between clients, brands, and traffic sourcesBuild and maintain benchmarks and performance baselines:Identify best- and worst-performing patternsTrack deviations from expected performanceRun in-depth marketing analytics:Funnel and conversion analysisCohort-based performance analysisLTV, payback period, and efficiency metricsBuild and maintain BI dashboards (preferably in Tableau):Marketing performance dashboardsClient and brand comparison viewsOperational and management reportingPerform ad-hoc analyses for marketing, account management, and leadership teams to support tactical and strategic decisionsMonitor data quality and consistency across marketing, user, and financial dataDocument metrics definitions, analytical approaches, benchmarks, and key insights



Requirements



:3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Performance AnalystStrong analytical and business understanding of marketing performance:Acquisition quality and traffic efficiencyKey marketing and financial metricsAbility to interpret numbers in a business contextExperience working with marketing, performance, or financial data across multiple clients, brands, or productsSolid understanding of marketing analytics concepts:Funnels and conversion logicCohort-based analysisLTV, payback period, ROI, and efficiency metricsAbility to translate business and marketing questions into analytical tasks and insights:Define the right metrics, data cuts, and benchmarksClearly explain results to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with BI tools, ideally TableauRussian level B2English level B2:Confident participation in calls and discussions with English-speaking colleagues and clientsComfortable with written communication and reading documentationNice to have:Experience in iGaming / fintech / B2B SaaS / marketing platformsUnderstanding of iGaming unit economics: (deposits, bonuses, bets, NGR, etc. )Basic statistics: confidence intervals, p-values, common pitfalls in experiment interpretationSQL: ability to read and write analytical queries, joins, basic aggregations, window functionsExperience with ClickHousePython for analyticsLearn more about our hiring processhere – what to expect, how to prepare, and what makes SOFTSWISS different.
