Experience in UK Public Sector / Utilities is MandatoryWe're looking for a Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our Delivery team—someone who thrives at the intersection of complex technical systems and business value delivery.

As a core contributor to our product evolution, you will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and client-facing teams to drive the design and execution of secure, scalable cloud-native platforms—primarily across AWS, GCP, Azure, with expansion from UK Public Sector into BFSI and other regulated industries.

This role requires a sharp analytical mind, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience and structure.

You’ll be working with cutting-edge tech—Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, event-driven and big data architectures—in a culture that values security, trust, and forward-thinking innovation. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to capture, refine, and validate business and technical

Translate business goals into clear technical specifications, including user stories, process flows, and data modelsPerform end-to-end technical, business, and data analysis across our product offerings and client projectsEngage with clients to understand integration, configuration, and deployment

Contribute to the design of event-driven, microservices-based solutions using modern cloud and container platformsSupport domain modelling using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principlesDefine acceptance criteria, support test planning and UAT, and contribute to release readinessFacilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment sessionsServe as the vital link between engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholdersRequired Skills ExperienceMust-Haves:Proven experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst within a software or product-led environmentStrong understanding of cloud-native and distributed systems architecturesFamiliarity with technologies such as Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with event-driven architectures, big data flows, and asynchronous systemsProficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, architecture specs, and API contractsDeep understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and agile methodologiesStrong experience working in AWS or Azure environmentsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical thinking with a knack for solutioning complex technical problemsNice-to-Haves:Exposure to regulated domains (e. g. , BFSI, healthcare, telecom, public sector)Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, RESTful services, and API-first designExperience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitPrior involvement in cloud infrastructure or platform teamsMindset Culture FitWe’re a team of doers, solvers, and thinkers who don’t just ship features—we build platforms that enable resilience, agility, and trust in some of the world’s most secure environments.
