As our
Lead Analytics Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our data transformation.
You’ll:Architect and deliver high-impact analytics solutions using Power BI and Azure Analysis ServicesLead and mentor a talented team of analytics professionalsIntroduce machine learning and AI to unlock predictive and advanced insightsPartner with stakeholders across the organisation to embed data-driven thinking into everyday decision-makingWhat You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with inspiring leadership:Proven experience in analytics, BI, or data science, including both hands-on delivery and team leadershipStrong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and semantic data modellingHands-on experience applying ML/AI techniques (e. g. , predictive models, NLP) to real-world challengesExcellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing othersA relevant degree or equivalent experienceCertifications in Power BI, Azure, or Data Science are a bonusWhat We Offer – More Than Just a Job We support your wellbeing, growth, and work-life balance with a range of
