The Interface Data Analyst ensures accurate and reliable data flow between systems.

This role focuses on identifying and resolving data discrepancies, managing interface issues, and coordinating data corrections with external partners. By monitoring performance metrics and providing clear reporting, the analyst supports efficient logistics and freight operations and contributes to achieving key project KPIs.

Your main

responsibilities:

will include:· Manage and resolve data issues across interfaces. · Analyze data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. · Monitor shipment data and status accuracy from 4PL and nVision. · Analyze freight and planned cost data. · Support interface issue resolution and collaborate with external partners on data corrections. · Monitor rate card and nVision performance for timely ticket resolution. · Ensure data quality through record maintenance and database updates. · Provide reporting and support GL in achieving KPIs.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Education:Secondary education in Logistics, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain (or similar fields). Experience Competencies:Strong teamwork and communication skills, including ability to escalate issues and suggest improvements. Willingness to learn and work with complex data. Ability to analyse and compare data from multiple sources, identify root causes, and propose solutions independently. Solid interpersonal skills and ability to define or design processes.
