We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role focuses on building predictive models, generating actionable insights, and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience2–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role. Experience with Salesforce and CXoneProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. )Strong understanding of statistical concepts and model validation techniques. Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of call center metrics, operations, and workforce management concepts.
