As a Data Scientist Senior at GDIT, you’ll power innovation to drive mission impact and grow your expertise to power your career forward. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Data Scientist Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Internal Revenue Service, Information Technology Cybersecurity.
You will play a crucial role in developing and operationalizing advanced analytics and machine learning models to identify subtle or evolving insider threats. ● Lead/Manage/Support building and training predictive models to support behavior-based risk scoring, anomaly detection, and insider threat case prioritization● Collaborate with IRS partners validate models using operational data and collaborate closely with analysts and engineers to translate behavioral hypotheses into deployable, scalable algorithms that drive proactive threat detection within the CInT environment● Drive success with the latest User Behavior Analytics’ analytics techniques, technologies, industry standards, processes, procedures, and best practices to existing operations. ● Utilize User Behavior Analytics deterrence, detection, and monitoring in a large and diverse operational environment, behavioral science expertise, expertise in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques, development of intelligence products, data mining, predictive and prescriptive analytics, link analysis, network analytics, text mining (structured and unstructured), and data visualization techniquesWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT.
