We're looking for a Data Scientist to shape our product and data capabilities, combining hands-on modelling with cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in a product-driven environment, ideally in Gaming, AdTech, gambling or user-incentive systemsDeep statistical and modelling knowledge for complex experimentation design, uplift modelling and causal impact estimation of counterfactual outcomesStrong understanding of data engineering workflows and modern data stack tools (e. g. DBT, Airflow, K8s)Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and TerraformExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, create structure, and bring stakeholders on board
