As a Data Engineer, you will engage in the design, development, and maintenance of data platforms and solutions, including applying data management principles to pipelines and delivering analytical and operational solutions to provide visibility and enable decision-making.
You will develop data integration solutions and work with cross-functional teams to build products and services tomeetbusiness needs.
This role will comprise of 75% Data Engineer and 25% Data Analytics. About the roleIdentify, investigate and solve data quality issues and ensure data is secure and reliableDevelop Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes from various data repositories and APIs across the enterprise, ensuring data quality and process efficiencyDevelop data processing scriptsExperienced working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans data engineering, strategy, and operationsWork in a hybrid data environment with on-premises and cloud data warehousesDevelop relational and non-relational data models to shape data tomeetuser needsMonitor performance and scalability issues in a large-scale data lake environmentAbout youPassion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues, drive operational excellence, and solve problems3-5 years of experience or equivalent competency building data solutions, including relational and non-relational databases, and supporting implementation and maintenance of batch and real-time data pipelines using cloud servicesDegree or equivalent competency in computer science, information technology, or a related field3 years of experience or equivalent competency analyzing data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistenciesExpertise writing simple and complex SQL queries (Snowflake, AWS, etc. )Technical skills in Python, Airflow, Github, Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel, PowerBI/TableauExperience accessing and developing REST APIsWhatyou’llgetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too.
