Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a Data Analyst: Value-Based Care to contribute to analytics initiatives, supporting the development and maintenance of analytical systems, and performing hands-on analysis to deliver insights that improve clinical and operational performance within a fee-for-service and value-based care context.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with significant experience in value-based care analytics, ideally within a healthcare or primary care settingProficiency with SQL, familiarity with LookerML, and expertise in business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BIHands-on experience building analytical models from data imported from healthcare clinical and administrative systemsStrong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy
