5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the Fintech industryExpert SQL skills and hands-on experience in PythonHands-on experience using dbt (data build tool) to model and organize data for reporting and decision-makingExperience setting up and managing data pipelines, with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestrationA degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering or economics
