We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst (Power BI) to join us here in Denova.

We are looking for people who can work mid-shift or night shift, depending on client's request.

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines. Key responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scalable data models. Analyse complex datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and actionable business insights. Transform, clean, and model raw data into structured, analytics-ready formats using Power Query and DAX. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting

, KPIs, success metrics, and data expectations. Optimise data models and report performance for scalability, usability, and efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through thorough validation and root-cause analysis. Automate recurring reporting processes and streamline data workflows. Monitor data quality and implement validation controls to maintain reliability across multiple data sources. Document data definitions, model logic, and reporting standards to promote governance, standardisation, and scalability. Present actionable insights through clear, compelling visualisations and executive-level summaries to support decision-making.

Requirements

Required Skills Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. - mandatoryAt least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment. - mandatoryFluent in English - strong verbal and written communication skills. - mandatoryProven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard creation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - mandatoryProficiency in SQL, Excel and data transformation tools. - mandatoryCollaborative mindset, skilled at working with cross-functional teams to streamline contract and approval processes while maintaining compliance. Data-savvy, with experience tracking procurement metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and risk, and using insights to improve operations. High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality assurance. Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
