We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support Compensation related review, analysis, and approval
responsibilities:
in alignment with Oracle Compensation policies and NA's GTM structure.
The role will primarily support Compensation related review, analysis, and approval responsibilities, working with Regional and Global Operations personnel.
Requirements
Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internshipPursuing bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, Business Management, etc. )Basic understanding of Oracle's latest product technologies, solutions, or servicesFamiliarity with machine learning technologies and Generative AI toolsStrong MS Excel skillsFluency with standard technology, business software, and communication writing and the capacity to master new technology, as needed quickly
