Job details

The Contracts Data Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant contract reporting and analytics in support of program, finance, and leadership stakeholders. Striving for 100% compliance, the Data Analyst collects, validates, and analyzes data and prepares reports in accordance with each contract’s specific

requirements

Deliver accurate, high-quality, and compliant contract reporting in accordance with contractual

requirements

and internal standards, ensuring all reports are submitted on time. Partner closely with Program Managers to understand reporting obligations for each new contract, including data elements, formats, frequency, and compliance considerations. Develop and implement reporting solutions for new contracts by leveraging existing data sources whenever possible; collaborate with Business Operations and technical teams when system enhancements or new data integrations are required. Maintain and continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the contract portfolio. Document and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each contract report to ensure repeatability, audit readiness, and knowledge continuity. Proactively identify, investigate, and communicate data gaps, data integrity concerns, and process risks; partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and long-term improvements. Provide ad hoc reporting support and perform other related business duties as assigned to meet evolving program and organizational needs.
