• Coordinate with vendors to meet company standards and needs
• Design, create and implement comprehensive BI and analytics solutions, andencourage the adoption of self-service analytics throughout the organization

• Ensure the team designs, builds, tests, and maintains solutions for datatransformation from a variety of data sources while modeling data in an efficientand performant manner
• Document solutions, metadata, and processes to the required companystandard
• Assist in problem management and root cause analysis
• Build data expertise and employ best practices in engineering and analytics:data quality, test designs, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration,and continuous delivery
• Work with team and product owners to prioritize and estimate effort
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including planning, pointing, demos, and retros
• Participate in architectural design decisions and communicate those to yourteam

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics,Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or analytics
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and SQL
• Strong knowledge of data transformation tools and techniques
• Experience building and designing BI semantic models in SSAS tabular withdeep knowledge of dimensional modeling (e. g. Ralph Kimballmethodologies/Star Schema)
• Experience with modern data science languages and tools. Experience withdata pipeline tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF preferred) or Databricksworkflows
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative, team-centricapproach Preferences:
• Experience developing and operationalizing data pipelines for consumption inmachine learning solutions within Databricks
• Experience with Azure cloud and Python for data transformation
• Experience using version control such as Git, TFS, or SVN
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
