About the Job: The Business Intelligence Analyst position is an early-career role responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise reporting across the organization.

This includes dealership operational reporting of New and Used Vehicle Sales, Service and Parts Sales; as well as Financial, Marketing and HR reporting across the entire company.

This role provides exposure to executive leadership and operational decision-making, providing high performers with an excellent opportunity for continued career growth.

This role will report to the Director of Enterprise Reporting in the Business Operations department. Ken Garff Automotive is building out its Business Intelligence platform in DOMO.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in using and building reports in DOMO.

Requirements

: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields Working knowledge of SQL. Ability to write and troubleshoot queries independently preferred. Driven individual willing to learn business processes, source systems and work with Data Engineers to provide the most accurate and actionable reports to business leaders. Familiarity with relational databases Prior DOMO (or other BI tool) experience not required, but preferred Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation). Ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions Ability to perform Requirement Gathering and strong note taking skills Ability to see a project through from start to finish and handle multiple projects at a time.

In-Person role 4 days a week, 1-day WFH.
