We're seeking a proactive Business Intelligence Analyst who can independently explore data, uncover insights, and create compelling visualizations that drive business decisions.

This role requires someone who combines technical proficiency with analytical curiosity and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Duties and ResponsibilitiesData Analysis InvestigationTake business questions or topics and independently dive into available dataIdentify anomalies, trends, and patterns in datasetsConduct thorough analysis to surface actionable insightsPresent findings in clear, business-friendly formatsVisualization ReportingBuild dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholdersCreate self-service reporting tools for recurring business needsDesign visual presentations of complex data storiesData CollaborationWork with data engineers to identify data gaps and collection opportunitiesUnderstand and navigate table structures and data architecturePropose new data sources or schema improvements to support analysis needs
