NTT DATA is seeking a Business and Data analyst to join their team in Remote, Karnātaka, India.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in P C insurance and Guidewire ClaimCenter, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in P C Insurance, specifically Claims domainProven expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter (configuration, workflows, FNOL, claims lifecycle)Solid understanding of claims processing, adjudication, reserves, subrogation, and settlementsExperience gathering and documenting business

(BRD, FRD, user stories)Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and development teamsKnowledge of insurance data models, policy, claims, and exposure relationshipsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremoniesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills for global stakeholdersWillingness and ability to work in 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift with overlapping US business hours.
