Looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, which is disrupting the FinTech and RegTech industries in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
As a Business Analyst at Nextbank Software, you will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland.
You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.
Salary range
: PHP 40,000 - 90,000 / Month Key responsibilities:Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured user storiesGather software
requirements
from internal and external clientsOrganize the overall
requirements
into small pieces of deliverable software that could possibly start delivering business value individuallyCommunicate and refine
requirements
with the development teamsValidate implemented solutions to ensure quality and conformance to agreed-to customer
requirements
Manage project backlog and prioritiesProvide implementation support including user training, system configuration assistance, UAT facilitation, and data migration coordinationFacilitate stakeholder discussions and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teamsDocument and analyze current-state processes and identify areas for improvement or automationKey expectations:experience in working in the banking industry (. )2+ years of experience in a similar positionGood interpersonal communication skills, ability to explain complex conceptsExcellent written and spoken EnglishSolution-focused approach and analytical thinkingProactivity and ability to work independentlyNice to have skills and competencies:Knowledge of the Scrum and Agile methodologiesExperience in the banking industryKnowledge of Jira and ConfluenceJust one more click away.
