Salary Range

is to empower people with SMI to flourish by finding purpose and a sense of belonging in their community.
We are deploying community-based care teams from diverse backgrounds that have a variety of lived experiences and know their communities inside and out.
In close collaboration with existing community organizations and healthcare providers, our teams outreach and build trust with individuals to support the navigation of each individual’s personalized recovery journey.
We are committed to providing individuals with culturally inclusive support for all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other social factors, such as history of incarceration. About the RoleAs Vanna continues to grow, we’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to own the core data models that power everything from internal decision-making and client-facing insights to machine learning models and user-facing product features.
You’ll work closely with the product, operations, and clinical teams to develop the data capabilities that enable our community-based teams to provide compassionate care to our members living with severe mental illness.
This is an opportunity to join a small but growing team, where you’ll play a key role in developing the next iteration of our foundational data capabilities as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities:
Own the input layer to our data platformEvolve our core data models to support emerging use casesAutomate data flows, and layer in monitoring, alerting, and data quality tests to ensure data is accurate and up-to-dateWork collaboratively across the entire Vanna team to design and implement core clinical, operational, financial, and product KPIsBuild out our reporting and dashboarding layer in support of self-service analyticsConduct ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholders and clients, and present findings in a way that drives maximum impactAbout You4-6 years of analytics experience, including at least 1 year working with healthcare dataAdvanced SQL and dbt skillsExperience working with analytical data stores like Delta Lake, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. Familiarity with dashboarding toolsIntermediate Python, or basic knowledge and a strong desire to learnDatabricks experience strongly preferredExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate on a growing team A detective mindset – you love getting to the root of problems and using data to solve them
