The AI Engineer will be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered features within the organization platform that enhance customers’ construction management workflows.
This role focuses on developing production-ready machine learning and LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, model deployment, and scalable ML pipelines.
You will manage the full lifecycle of ML models, from experimentation and deployment to monitoring and optimization. Working closely with data engineers, you will design scalable feature engineering workflows and integrate ML systems within the Databricks environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, experience deploying ML models in production, and hands-on expertise with Python, ML frameworks, LLM technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS.

Build AI-powered product features that customers interact with daily in the organization platform, directly shaping their construction management workflowsDesign and implement prompt engineering strategies and LLM workflows for production useBuild robust ML pipelines that integrate with our Databricks environmentManage model lifecycle, versioning, and monitoring to ensure reliability in productionCollaborate with data engineers to design scalable feature engineering workflowsImplement observability and monitoring solutions for ML models in productionWork across the ML spectrum from vision models to natural language processingContribute to our MLOps practices and tooling improvementsYou’ll be a great fit if:You have a software engineering background with at least 2–3 years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
You have experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG architectures).
You have strong proficiency with MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and deployment.
You have solid Python programming skills with experience in ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
You have strong SQL skills for feature engineering and data manipulation.
You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization.
You have an understanding of ML model evaluation, validation, and monitoring best practices.
You have the ability to translate business problems into ML solutions.
