To deliver a virtual assistant that improves week over week—not just at launch—we’re hiring an AI Engineer to build the technical backbone of our evaluation and reporting system.

This role will operationalize evaluation at scale: implementing MLflow (or equivalent) tracking, automating experiment runs, standardizing metrics, and turning evaluation data into executive-ready insights that drive decisions.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and product—ensuring every model/agent change is measurable, traceable, and aligned to member experience outcomes. Qualifications
