Job details
As an AI Engineer, you will lead the experimentation, prototyping and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions that support client pursuits, industry demonstrations and scalable sector offerings.
Requirements
Strong foundation in AI, machine learning and Generative AI with proven hands-on delivery experience. Deep experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama or equivalent). Strong experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and agentic system design. Demonstrated experience applying MLOps and LLMOps in production or near-production environments. Strong data engineering capability and architectural decision-making experience. Experience deploying and optimising AI workloads across AWS, Azure or GCP. Advanced Python programming capability and strong software engineering discipline. Strong understanding of Responsible AI, compliance and enterprise security guardrails. Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, sector leaders and clients. Experience leading AI solutions that support commercial pursuits or reusable sector offerings. Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical workstreams. Exposure to model evaluation frameworks and structured experimentation environments.
